Abstract:
Abstract The following chapter presents a series of current case studies on change management, which were researched on the basis of guided interviews. The aim of the case studies is to make the challenges of change transparent by means of practical examples and to show practical solutions for these challenges in accordance with the success factors of change management. The case studies on digitisation address the following practical challenges: Introduction of a uniform IT solution at various locations Replacement of paper-based processes by digital applications The shift of customer-facing processes to online channels
