Chapter Chapter 6 in The Project Management Office, 2024, pp 93-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The question arises as to how a PMO can best be implemented specifically. In the literature, one finds quite similar approaches to this. Most often, it is recommended to carry out the implementation itself as a project. In doing so, each company must find answers to very essential questions about goals, the time frame, possible locations, interfaces, the (first) tasks, and the necessary supporting measures for its specific deployment scenario. Chapter 6 is intended to provide some inputs on this.
