Chapter Chapter 2 in Innovation Strategy, 2024, pp 11-17 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Innovation is vital for companies. This is primarily due to the increasingly accelerating rate of change in the markets. An innovation strategy creates the conditions necessary for the company’s ability to innovate. It provides the innovative thinking, which is a prerequisite for successful innovation execution. The innovation strategy is therefore a strategy that shows us what all needs to be prepared so that innovation can be successful and as systematic as possible.
