Chapter Chapter 5 in Innovation Strategy, 2024, pp 65-98 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After the innovation strategy has been developed in its initial version according to the procedure described in Chap. 4, it is now about bringing it to life. This means that the innovation strategy must be carried into the organization, so that it can unfold its effects in daily business. This requires a number of accompanying measures. The responsibilities are clearly to be assigned and the necessary resources to be provided. In addition, a constant support by the management and clear and transparent communication must be ensured. A continuous monitoring of the application progress and immediate corrective measures are the basis for successful implementation. Chapter 5 provides a number of hints and tips on this.
