Boardroom 2030: How to Start Today

Julia Duwe ()

Chapter Chapter 10 in Boardroom 2030, 2025, pp 141-159 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract What does the work of supervisory boards have to do with ambidexterity? How can it be used profitably? The journey through the world of supervisory and advisory boards ends in chapter 10 with a research and action impulse. In an unstable and volatile core business that puts a heavy strain on company management, it is the supervisory boards that can look far into the future. How supervisory boards successfully shift the balance through ambidexterity is summarized in this final chapter.
