Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we describe the key challenges and trends that we, as the authors of this book, foresee in the coming years. These include, first and foremost, establishing the right mindset and the corresponding corporate and leadership culture. In addition, it is also about creating the framework conditions for the methods, processes, data/system infrastructures and interfaces that will be required in the future, and, as in all chapters, considering New Work and the latest insights from empirical and representative study results in this regard.
