Abstract:
Abstract We describe a scheme that produces a convexity-preserving parametric quartic spline interpolant to position, tangent and curvature data. The resulting interpolant is curvature continuous and the scheme is local and 6-th order accurate. Moreover, the interpolant depends continuously on the given data.
