Abstract: Zusammenfassung Natürlich haben Mathematiker eine Meinung über ihre Wissenschaft, über Mathematiker und über Nichtmathematiker. Ihre Meinungsäußerungen sind aber nur selten genau so rational nüchtern begründet wie ein mathematischer Satz. Wir geben die sich zum Teil widersprechenden Meinungen kommentarlos wieder.
