Information Systems Based Asset Management Evaluation
Abrar Haider
Chapter 4 in Information Systems for Engineering and Infrastructure Asset Management, 2013, pp 99-128 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As investments in technology for asset management are increasing, evaluation of their benefits is becoming a growing concern for the asset managing organisations. This chapter examines literature to develop an understanding of performance evaluation issues in general and information systems based asset management issues in particular. The chapter thus establishes the case of information systems based engineering asset management evaluation.
