Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we introduce an experimental teaching of knot theory in an elementary school. In 4.1, a significance of teaching knot theory in the elementary school is considered. In 4.2, the result of an investigation on drawing a knot and a cube is reported. In 4.3, we state the teaching contents of knot theory done for pupils in an elementary school.
