Abstract: Samenvatting Buurtzorg heeft in 2008 de wind in de zeilen. Mensen zien dat het verhaal klopt en tot veel positiviteit leidt bij cliënten en medewerkers. Mensen kiezen echt voor Buurtzorg. Wij hebben van alle thuiszorgorganisaties in Nederland de meest tevreden cliënten. Dat toont onderzoeksinstituut Nivel aan in het vergelijkende onderzoek ‘Nieuw, maar toch vertrouwd’.
