A Note on Ramifications Concerning the Construction of Pythagorean Triples from Recursive Sequences
Herta T. Freitag
A chapter in Applications of Fibonacci Numbers, 1990, pp 101-106 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract An interesting method of generating Pythagorean triples is based on recursive sequences [1], [2]. We define a Pythagorean triple (a,b,c) as a triple of integers such that a2 + b2 = c2. If the numbers are mutually relatively prime to each other, it is a primitive Pythagorean triple.
