Chapter Chapter 6 in Tensor Analysis and Continuum Mechanics, 2002, pp 455-540 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract We know that the principles of conservation of mass, conservation of linear momentum, conservation of moment of momentum, and of conservation of energy hold for every continuum, whatever material we consider in this study. However, the notions introduced until now, notably these principles, do not let us determine the behavior of a specific material.
