Chapter Chapter 14 in Complex Analysis and Applications, 2019, pp 859-888 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we discuss univalent functions and their associated property. To effect this, first we shall introduce the class $$\mathscr {S}$$ and discuss some related theorems. Then we shall state Bierbach’s conjecture and finally the chapter culminates with the proof of “ $$\frac{1}{4}$$ - theorem” with an interesting application.
