Chapter Chapter 6 in Mind over Matter and Artificial Intelligence, 2021, pp 57-60 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This final chapter will be based on my reviews above and include a framework for understanding growth mindset. It will also provide mechanisms for promoting a mindset that promotes humane intelligence in organizations. I will present a case for the importance of learning and growth in a digital age. Practical tips will be provided for organizations to promote a mindset that facilitates the ground for success. This chapter concludes with a discussion and future research propositions, thereby making a contribution to the very limited body of literature on this important topic. Overall, the chapter will make a case for human values in organizations to build a growth mindset and psychological fitness for employees that encourages growth and productivity in an age of artificial intelligence.
