Abstract: Abstract The goal of this chapter is to deepen the understanding of the challenges faced and the solutions implemented by the Republic of ArmeniaArmenia in the field of public administration and civil service transformationTransformation over the past 30 years. In sum, as the process of transformationTransformation has been a complex new experience and unfamiliar to most, if not all, in the country, it involved a complete re-evaluation of the political, economic, social, cultural, spiritual, and psychological situation in order to understand the nature and foundation of the new state. Through this process, the new cornerstones of the state were laid: a multiparty political system and a free market economyMarket economy.
