Abstract:
Abstract At this current stage of development, China’s philanthropy still faces many problems and challenges. The three major problems facing the development of philanthropy are: the lack of commercial incentives and reserves put towards scientific and technical applications; the establishment of a reasonable and efficient mutual trust mechanism in the trust crisis of today; and the shaping of a philanthropic culture, given the need for cultural accumulation.
