Chapter Chapter 7 in Exploring the Trust and Innovation Mechanisms in M&A of China’s State Owned Enterprises with Mixed Ownership, 2021, pp 211-235 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This paper analyzes the relationship between trust mechanism, innovation ability and M&A value by employing the data of material assets reorganizations completed through mergers & acquisitions (M&A) by China’s stated-owned listed companies under mixed ownership from 1998 to 2011 and taking the period from 1997 to 2014 as a sample range. The trust mechanism and innovation ability affect the creation of M&A value of SOEs under mixed ownership.
