Abstract: Abstract This chapter introduces neuroeconomicsNeuroeconomics, which explans the neuroscientific basis of decision-making phenomena using various theoretical approaches and experimental methods. This chapter firstly explains the relationships of neuroeconomics, neuromarketingNeuromarketing and behavioral decision theoryBehavioral decision theory, and then introduce the methodology of neuroecomics such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) andFMRI positron emission tomography (PET), and lastly explains the research findings of neuroeconomicsNeuroeconomics and implication of the findings on the behavioral decision research.
