Abstract:
Abstract This very brief chapter describes how business is not normal now, in terms of how it was conducted pre-pandemic, and it will not be normal for the foreseeable future. Customers’ behaviors have fundamentally changed. New buying habits and behaviors have been established. Competition has adjusted, created new products, and entered new markets. Thus, this chapter describes why now is the time for businesses to adapt to a new directional reality by employing one of the three recommended customer-centric growth strategies described in the next three chapters.
