Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explains the behaviors of model agents. Section 3.1 discusses how the households determine the consumption demand and money demand. Section 3.2 explains how the firms make decisions on employment, price/wage, and investment under the demand constraints. Section 3.3 describes the role of the bank. Section 3.4 describes the events that take place sequentially in each period.
