Abstract: Abstract The discourse in chapter four centers on the significance of information as an important resource for businesses and how its optimal utility can create value and increase the brand worth to achieve stability and long-term success. The chapter X-rays different forms of information, sources of information and how firms can leverage information to drive revenue. It also discusses the optimal utilization of information in improving operational efficiency and in customer services and research that will give the fir a competitive advantage over its rivals.
