Abstract: Abstract This chapter introduces the topic that discusses upgrade of technology and how it can be applied successfully in business. It buttresses loopholes that need to be identified when working with technology. It also stresses the importance of pilot operations to test the efficacy of the proposed technology, the communication plan that outlines modalities of the technology, training for staff before deployment, infrastructure and technical support, integrity of the technology and its security, as well as reviewing its performance and possible upgrades as they may be required to account of changing data and societal behavior.
