Abstract:
Abstract The risks of climate change pose severe challenges to China. Adaptation to climate change has become an inevitable choice (Huitema in Ecology and Society 21(3), 2016). Meanwhile, China is still in the early stages of exploration in terms of the theoretical framework, analytical methods, planning, and implementation of climate adaptation.
