Abstract Whether from a theoretical or historical perspective, the coordination of international economic policies is not only necessary but will become increasingly important as the interdependence of national economies and spillover effects intensify. However, compared with other countries, dominant countries that are at the top of the whole international economic, trade and financial system have unsymmetrical influence and power.
