Chapter Chapter 2 in Fiscal Policy for Sustainable Development in Asia-Pacific, 2022, pp 19-42 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This Chapter analyses how macroeconomic policy coherence is closely linked to achieving gender equality. Specifically, the chapter attempts to identify the significant constraints of the macro policymaking—analysing the monetary, fiscal, and structural policy reforms—and examines how the policy experiments in the Asia Pacific region go beyond economic growth to integrate “Leave No One Behind” (LNOB) frameworks.
