Abstract:
Abstract China needs to correctly handle the 10 basic dialectical relationships between government and the market, the wealth of the nation and that of the people, efficiency and equity, the central and local governments, domestic and external demands, urban and rural areas, eastern regions and central and western regions, development and stability, science education and talents, and development and ecology while pursuing deep reform and constructing long-acting institutions to achieve governance by non-interference based on reasonable and sound rules in a market economy, promote scientific development, build a harmonious society, and modernize state governance.
