Abstract: Abstract The present study has taken a profound view of Repatriation adjustment and its antecedents in terms of four constructs which may impact it, namely Competency Transfer viability of Repatriates, Effective Repatriation process of Job assignees on their return back home, the anticipatory expectations regarding Repatriation and the impact of Reverse Culture Shock on the whole process.
