Chapter Chapter 3 in Cisco, 2023, pp 51-86 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Enterprise transformation is a process of dynamic selection, adjustment and change of strategy in response to changes in the external environment. Change refers to the process that an organization constantly undergoes within its internal organizational system, process, technology and management system in order to effectively respond to challenges and opportunities brought about by the external environment. Enterprise transformation and change originates from the high-level leadership team’s cognition, response or guidance to the new trends and patterns evolved from the environment, market, customers, technology and service.
