Abstract Corporate governance refers to the company’s guidance and control system, which balances the relationship between internal stakeholders (boards, investors, executives, employees, etc.) and external stakeholders (shareholders, creditors, trade creditors, suppliers, customers, and communities) through the governance structure and coordination mechanism of the rights and responsibilities of different interest groups of the company.
