Abstract: Abstract International competitiveness, which rose in the 1980s and became a hot spot in the world in the 1990s, driven by the economic globalization, information technology revolution and the rapid development of high-tech industry, has gradually become an important research field and attracted the attention of all countries in the world. Economic competition, in the final analysis, is industrial competition.
