Abstract:
Abstract This case mainly introduces the development path of Taibei Environmental Protection Company which is located in Shandong province. The chapter includes both how does the company grow and the entrepreneurship of the founder-Qian Wang. Because this company’s business is environmental protection, it’s very important to follow the government’s environmental policy, whether financial support or setting standards. The founder of this company not only can follow the policies but also tries to predict government policy and market trends. This is the highlight of this chapter. Compared with other environmental companies, Taibei Environmental Protection Company can get ahead of others to seize market share. Meanwhile, due to the past personal experience of Mr. Qian Wang, he has been allocating to build integrity, responsibility, innovation and learning the corporate culture. These cultures are the power that drives the enterprise forward.
