Chapter 10 in The Economic Theory of Sustainability, 2026, pp 125-136 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In the previous chapter, I explained that environmental care such as resource-saving capital base and resource-saving labor is introduced in economics that explicitly deals with the generation of waste, even if assumptions such as profit maximization and utility maximization are maintained. However, this was conditional on being given an appropriate throughput resource price and unnecessary product processing price.
