Unpacking the fee-speed relationship in Bitcoin transactions” by Guangzhi Shang, Noyan Ilk, and Shaokun Fan, published in the Journal of Operations Management in 2023 ( https://doi.org/10.1002/joom.1202 ). Noyan, Chair and Synovus Associate Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Business Analytics, Information Systems, and Supply Chain at Florida State University’s College of Business, kindly agreed to summarize their joint research and serves as the corresponding author for this chapter.
