Chapter Chapter 3 in Modeling and Resilience Recovery for Disrupted Supply Chain, 2026, pp 35-67 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract To address disruptions and optimize complex product design changes in supply chains (SCs), this chapter integrates resilient supply chain system (RSCS) and product design change optimization. A novel RSCS based on FCBPSS framework is proposed to mitigate raw material supply risks, while a complex product multi-layer network with service performance is established. A triple-objective selection model (SPI degree, change cost, time) and improved P-BMOPSO algorithm are developed for optimization. Case studies validate the RSCS feasibility and P-BMOPSO superiority in obtaining optimal design change plans, providing new methods for SC resilience and product design optimization.
