Chapter Chapter 8 in DX Thinking and Innovation in Production Management, 2026, pp 127-132 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This book is a compilation of selected papers presented at the 6th International Conference on Production Management (ICPM, 2025), centered on the core theme of “DX Thinking and Innovation in Production Management.” Digital Transformation (DX) is a corporate approach focused on promoting comprehensive corporate transformation and innovation to enhance competitiveness. This approach aims to create new customer value and streamline existing business processes. DX is fundamentally distinct from concepts such as user experience, customer experience, digitization, and the mere implementation of IT/ICT/IoT because it refers to changes capable of creating widespread and extensive structural shifts throughout society.
