Chapter Chapter 10 in Building a High-quality Modern Circulation System of China, 2026, pp 193-206 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Since its establishment in 2015, Dmall has consistently pursued a dual strategy of comprehensive digital transformation and a fundamental return to core business fundamentals. By leveraging digital intelligence as its underlying architecture, the company restructures physical retail operations and provides extensive technical support for the startup, transformation, and evolution of enterprises within the circulation sector. Its integrated one-stop omnichannel digital retail solution—the “Dmall Retail Joint Cloud”—is not only technologically mature and advanced but also effectively addresses widespread pain points across the industry. It plays a significant role in driving the full digitalization of physical retail and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the circulation industry. To date, Dmall has delivered cloud-based digital solutions to more than 120 retail chains and over 850 brand owners, extending its services to 15,000 stores across Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Cambodia, and other countries and regions.
