Abstract: Abstract A concept that is mutually beneficial to banks, industries, and the economy is ‘Green Banking.‘ This concept has risen due to increasing concerns about environmental sustainability. Green financing is a major component of green banking, which aims to promote environmental friendliness, reduce carbon footprints, and minimize paper usage in banking activities. The goal of green banking is to enhance operations and technology, encouraging environmentally friendly habits among clients in the banking business. Banks are committed to using their funds ethically, supporting ventures in renewable energy technology, and making investments in international organizations focused on aid, conservation, and human rights. This study focuses on green banking and its impact within the realm of electronic finance. It examines how different age groups and genders perceive and adopt green technology. By addressing various dimensions of green technology, the research highlights the evolving technological know-how across demographics, emphasizing the role of green banking in fostering a sustainable future in the financial sector.
