Abstract:
Abstract Industry 4.0 adoption is a burgeoning topic in supply chain and quality management, capturing the attention of academics and professional researchers. Despite its growing prominence, there has been a dearth of assessments that simultaneously consider the interconnectedness of Industry 4.0, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management. This gap suggests an untapped potential for exploring synergies that could foster the development of more integrated and holistic management models. This research aims to bridge this gap by developing a Supply Chain Quality Management 4.0 (SCQM 4.0) conceptual model. This model is designed to measure and implement SCQM 4.0 solutions effectively, thereby laying the groundwork for future research, particularly in experimental and applied studies. By employing a systematic literature review (SLR), this study establishes a robust knowledge base that informs the creation of the SCQM 4.0 framework. Our findings highlight the critical need for a comprehensive conceptual framework of SCQM 4.0, which is essential for advancing research in this proposed area. This framework not only seeks to enhance the understanding of the interplay between Industry 4.0 technologies and quality and supply chain management but also aims to provide practical insights for implementation, ultimately contributing to the evolution of more sophisticated and effective management practices in the Industry 4.0 era.
