Chapter Chapter 10 in Road to a More Intelligent World, 2025, pp 203-214 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Next-generation information technologies such as 5G, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI) are being integrated into the real economy at an even faster pace, injecting innovation and change into all industries. This technological integration improves quality and efficiency while reducing costs. The digital economy has become an important enabler for socioeconomic growth. The COVID-19 pandemic was a global wakeup call to invest more in digitalization and informatization. It has become abundantly clear that digital transformation is needed for all countries, regions, industries, and enterprises.
