Abstract: Abstract Big Data has become one of the most influential factors in improving Business Intelligence (BI) in the digital age. Big Data plays a pivotal role in collecting, processing, and analyzing vast amounts of data that are characterized by variety, speed, and large volume, providing accurate and deep insights that support the decision-making process. By integrating big data analytics techniques with business intelligence tools, companies can achieve many benefits, including improved market forecasting, enhanced customer satisfaction, and increased operational efficiency. These technologies enable a deeper understanding of customer behavior and market trends, which contributes to developing smarter marketing and management strategies. Moreover, the integration of big data and business intelligence contributes to enabling organizations to quickly adapt to market changes and respond effectively to future challenges. It also helps to enhance innovation by identifying new opportunities for growth and improving internal operations using predictive analytics and machine learning. This research discusses how big data can be used to enhance business intelligence, focusing on the tools, techniques, and best practices that companies can adopt to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
