Abstract: Zusammenfassung Suddhodan Ghosh wurde am 26. Juli 1896 in einer wohlhabenden und aristokratischen bengalischen Familie in Kalkutta geboren. Sein Vater Sarat Chandra Ghosh stammte aus einer reichen Familie und war selbst ein wohlhabender Grundbesitzer. Seine Mutter Patitpabani Debi war eine gutherzige, großzügige und fromme Dame.
