Chapter Chapter 4 in Listen and Design, 2024, pp 57-75 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The preceding chapters underscore the imperative of listening to MSMEs to understand their social capital. Holding the premise that MSMEs themselves are the ones who knew, felt, and experienced the conditions under which they were operating, the approach we used to capture the type, nature, and intensity of the social capital was to rely entirely on their perceptions and responses toward a set of questionnaires used in the survey. The questionnaires themselves were composed and selected based on what the MSMEs deemed important, broken down into objectives, constraints (challenges, problems), and alternatives (encapsulating the SC-compatible policies).
