Abstract: Abstract Sustainable development and green economy have become a big concern in the Chinese context. Since 2022, environmental credit evaluation has been disclosed as an important indicator to assess the enterprise social credit ranking. Chinese Social Credit System (SCS) integrates with enterprise environmental credit records and shares credit information on different platforms to impose environmental dishonesty. This chapter discusses the sustainability of SCS from different perspectives.
