Chapter Chapter 3 in Emotional Intelligence Matters, 2024, pp 101-142 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Exemplification effect on performance is highly negative with a sales executive with low EI, it’s vice versa with high EI. Based on the study conducted by Bande and others (2023), the sales person’s emotional intelligence moderates the negative effects of exemplification. Recent research about emotional intelligence proved that employees with high EQ are more successful at their jobs.
