Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of the study is to close theKnowledgegap gap in knowledgeGapknowledge of what context-specific modes—not styles—of leadership can help manage organizations of the future[aut]Serrat, O. (Serrat, 2021a). Based on the conceptual framework determined in Chap. 1 and the literature review conducted in Chap. 2 , this chapter works out the most appropriate research design and method for this study. In turn, this chapter enunciates the research question and particularizes the rationale that frames it; articulates and substantiates the connected research design; identifies the population of experts from which insights were to be garnered in interviews, giving details of sample size; clarifies the procedure and criteria for expert selection; identifies possible threats to validity, describing also how these will be met; clarifies instrumentation and data processing; specifies assumptionsAssumption(s) and limitationsLimitation(s); and formulates ethical assurances.
