Abstract:
Abstract This research aims to examine the factors influencing customer satisfaction when using sea freight transportation services in small- and medium-sized logistics companies in the Hai Phong City area, Vietnam. The factors identified by the research team include reliability, assurance, empathy, tangible assets, service efficiency, and perceived pricing. The validation results indicate that all six factors have an impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study makes significant academic contributions and provides managerial implications for small- and medium-sized logistics companies to operate more efficiently and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
