Abstract:
Abstract The innovation of express delivery networks management mode is to adapt to the rapid development of e-commerce and the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry. This chapter reveals the existing problems and challenges in express delivery network management, including transportation efficiency, cost control, and service quality. It proposes a research method for the innovation of express delivery network management mode, which is to comprehensively use theories of enterprise innovation mode, market economics, and marketing, and to use various methods such as literature research, case study, and interdisciplinary research. Through the analysis and comparison of relevant literature, as well as the operation data of express delivery companies, field investigations, and interviews, strategies and suggestions for the innovation of express delivery networks management are proposed. The study found that the innovation of express delivery networks management should pay more attention to the integration with Internet+ technology to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of express delivery companies. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and communication within the industry to jointly promote the healthy development of the express delivery industry. These innovative strategies and suggestions are of great significance for enhancing the competitiveness and service quality of express delivery companies, and also provide valuable references and insights for future research.
