Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, the operation mechanism of express delivery networks is systematically expounded from six aspects: power, transmission, distribution, organization management, promotion and guarantee mechanism, and the operation mode of each mechanism is sorted out. This redefines the connotation of the operation mechanism of express delivery network and establishes a theoretical framework for the operation mechanism of express delivery networks.
