Abstract: Abstract A Chief Product Officer, or CPO, is responsible for setting out the strategic product priorities for the business. However, the most important thing a CPO does at a chunky corporate is determining what not to do. Every chunky corporate needs a Chief Poo-Poo Officer to focus the team on a core set of priorities that drive enterprise value.
